We strive to get you back to working in your system as quickly as possible. Some issues can be resolved swiftly over the phone, while others may require escalation and time to develop a comprehensive solution. Our priority is to ensure your system functions perfectly by the time your ticket is closed.

Our MYOB Support Team has developed a robust knowledge base from real-world experiences in finding solutions for our clients. MYOB Support Options

Premium Plan
The premium support plan includes unlimited support* and a complimentary annual health check. Consulting hourly
rates are also discounted (although quoted and charged separately).

Standard Plan
The standard support plan includes unlimited support* services for up to half an hour per ticket, plus a complimentary annual health check. Any time above half an hour will be quoted and charged at standard rates.

PAYG Plan
The PAYG Plan is designed for businesses that only require support occasionally. Services are billed at our standard hourly rates on a per-incident basis, making it a flexible option for software assistance and set-up as needed. This plan offers the best value for occasional users but does not include prioritised response times.

Project Plan
Our project support covers client-specific development work tailored to your business needs. Depending on the nature of the project, we can provide either a fixed-price or hourly-rate quote. All project work will be fully scoped and quoted for your approval before any development begins.
*Note that support does not include consulting or projects.
Premium Support Plan
The Premium Support Plan is recommended for regular users of support services who require guaranteed response times and priority access. This plan is billed as a monthly support fee, providing consistent service and reduced hourly rates.

Initial Business Process Review and tailored plan to maximise your software usage

Annual Business Process Improvement consultation to ensure continuous optimisation

Review of software updates and implementations as required

Priority booking for project and enhancement services, with the option to allocate monthly hours

Priority bookings for training courses at discounted rates (when available)

Discounted hourly rates, with greater discounts available for higher monthly commitments

Minimum plan starts at 2 hours per month, with some unused hours rolled over under certain conditions
The Premium Support Plan also includes unlimited support* and a complimentary annual health check. Consulting services are quoted separately but benefit from discounted rates.
Standard Support Plan
The Standard Support Plan is ideal for businesses that require regular assistance but don’t need the full coverage of our Premium Plan.
